My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms, with lovely floor-to-ceiling windows offering views over the hills, were very nice, though a bit cleaner could have been better. The service was attentive and friendly, making my experience enjoyable. The location, while convenient and away from the noise, had some parking issues that could be improved. The dining experience was top quality, with friendly staff and good choices, but slightly overpriced. Facilities were well-kept and functional.
The hotel had spotless, spacious rooms that provided everything we needed for a good night's sleep. However, it was disappointing to discover that internet access required an additional fee on top of the room price.
My stay at this hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious and clean, but lacked some amenities like a fridge or a bath, although having an iron and board was convenient. The service was excellent, with busy but friendly staff; however, the lack of staffing caused issues with respecting the 'Do Not Disturb' sign. The location was great near the motorway connection and Brighouse, offering a nice Christmas atmosphere and a fantastic breakfast. The dining experience, while lovely, was overpriced. Overall, it was a decent stay with some room for improvement.
